We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to apply their knowledge and experience to help expand our company and themselves in a fast moving environment where the only thing that speaks is results! We are offering a boots on the ground role where you will rely heavily on your own personal networking skills and acquired product knowledge to help farmers & equipment dealers in your area and potentially all over the country maintain a very common yet niche piece of equipment.

During your tenure you will assist our efforts to help American farmers by networking with the farmers themselves, their prospective dealerships, and local business. As an expert in our field through the knowledge acquired in your training you will assist farmers in buying/selling/trading their equipment in addition to helping the company grow our own pre-owned inventory. You will be compensated based on your results with a commission based pay plan & all expenses of the acquisition of these accounts will be paid by Quality Drills. Farm show / trade show experience is not necessary but these events will be a large part of your role as we attend many each year.

Responsibilities

  • Learn the products and services offered, including the agreement terms
  • Achieve set consultative mile stones
  • Become a product & solution expert
  • Put the customers first
  • Communicate with a minimum of 5 potential customers weekly
  • Actively search through auctions, social media etc for new potential inventory.
  • Create and maintain a customer pipeline
  • Attend multiple farm shows annually
  • Contribute to overall growth of the organization through consistent performance

Pay: $34,651.00 - $137,052.00 per year
